Our Hiring Process
At Caring Caregivers Singapore, we take pride in providing trained, reliable, and caring helpers to every household. Our hiring process is transparent, thorough, and designed to ensure both employers and helpers are well-matched for a long-term partnership.
Step 1
Understanding Your Needs
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your household’s requirements — whether you need infant care, elderly care, housekeeping, or cooking support.
We’ll discuss your expectations, preferences, and living arrangements to identify the most suitable helper profile.
Step 2
Helper Selection & Shortlisting
Our team will shortlist candidates from our own training centre in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia and an existing database of trained helpers.
You’ll receive helper biodata, including experience, skills, and interview videos for review
Step 3
Interview & Matching
We arrange interviews via video call or in person to help you assess personality fit, communication, and caregiving approach.
We guide both sides during the interview to ensure clear expectations are set before selection.
Step 4
Documentation & Work Permit Processing
Once you’ve selected your preferred helper, we’ll assist in:
- Preparing and submitting the IPA (In-Principle Approval) to MOM
- Managing employment contracts and embassy documentation
- Arranging medical check-ups and insurance coverage
We ensure full compliance with Singapore regulations and embassy requirements.
Step 5
Pre-Departure Training & Orientation
Before departure, every helper undergoes comprehensive training at our centre in Indonesia — covering infant and elderly care, household management, communication, and Singapore culture.
We also conduct final briefings to prepare helpers mentally and emotionally for their new role.
Step 6
Arrival & Handover
Upon arrival in Singapore, we assist with:
- Work Permit issuance
- Safety orientation and placement
- Home handover with the employer
Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition and confident start for both employer and helper.
Step 7
Post-Placement Support
Our relationship doesn’t end after placement. We continue to provide:
- Adjustment guidance for both employer and helper
- Performance check-ins and follow-up calls
- Replacement support (if required under agency terms)
We believe in continuous care and communication to build long-lasting partnerships.
